In 1948 Mr. Addley, senior, founded a commercial window cleaning company, which over the years grew in size. Through empathy and dedication to customer requirements he expanded the range of services undertaken. In 2005 Mr. Addley retired as the Managing Director and passed the running of the company into the trust of Director Mr. Roger Marlow, who has over 30 years' experience and knowledge of the industry.

On Roger Marlow's retirement he confidently handed over the running of the company to Mrs Rosanna Hall, a long-standing member of the Management team. She has maintained the high standard that the company is known for and has lately steered the company through some difficult times.
